Get to know the team behind Dreamflight’s 2026 Orlando trip in this special series, shining a light on the volunteers who make it all possible.
Meet Rory, one of Dreamflight’s volunteer guides for Orlando 2026.
Rory works on a country estate and lives on a farm in a small village in South West Scotland with his wife, Lynsay, and their three dogs, Winston, Daisy and Jess. He enjoys mountain biking, skiing, field archery and exploring the outdoors.
Rory is also a former Dreamflight child! He was nominated for an Orlando holiday in 2005, aged 13. He’s returning for his first trip as a volunteer this year, bringing his Dreamflight journey full circle. Rory is one of many former Dreamflight children who’ve returned as volunteers over the years, which is always incredibly special to see.
Rory will be supporting two children on this year’s trip, bringing his own Dreamflight experience to the role and making sure they have a brilliant time.
