Kian Pellow is the older brother of a child who went on Dreamflight 2012. Kian arranged a sponsored Silence with his friends at school and raised £236.59.
This is just a little something that the people who took part in it wanted to say.
Will: watching ‘the glimpse’ video was a real eye opener for me, and I have realised where the money has gone to and what the children have when they come back from Orlando. I do not regret or wish I had to done the sponsored silence. I loved it and will do it again anytime.
Sam: after watching ‘the glimpse’ I realised that there are people who are less fortunate than me and my friends and family. Also found where all the money that we raised went and how much you can do for being silent for a day. I wish other people would do the same thing.
Scott: the money we raised went to a good cause. I found out that the amount we raised was enough to pay for the dolphins. The dreamflight trip really changes their lives.
Kians words: doing the whole dreamflight sponsored silence has worked out well. Even though my brother was ill and that he went on the trip I now know that the even less fortunate have had their lives changed by dreamflight. Every ride that they came off they were smiling and that even some people are so ill that this trip will be the only one that they will be allowed on. It made me jealous but happy to know that our money has changed them forever. There will be more money coming from the Cornish crew I can assure you.
