Dreamflight Day takes place on Thursday 13 May 2027 and is one of our favourite moments of the year. A bright, joyful celebration where supporters across the UK and beyond come together to bake, nibble, sprinkle and share something sweet, all in the name of making magic happen.
Whether you’re hosting a bake sale at school, a coffee and cake morning at work, or simply gathering friends for a slice and a smile, every delicious moment helps support the children and young people who need Dreamflight the most.

How your fundraising helps
This year’s Dreamflight Day will help fund more trips in the UK to fully accessible UK activity centres for children with more complex needs. These trips offer them the opportunity to try new activities, gain confidence and experience independence in a safe, supportive environment.

There’s no right or wrong way to take part… if it involves cake, kindness and a little fun, it’s perfect for Dreamflight Day.
Some supporters like to gather colleagues for a coffee and cake morning; others run bake sales at school, set up a “pay‑what‑you‑like” cake table, or get creative with cupcake decorating. You can keep things simple, or put your own unique twist on it.
Every event, big or small, brings people together and helps create wonderful experiences for the children we support.
