Record Breaking Year for Steve and his Team
Steve Smirthwaite has just reached £34,000 for his Dreamflight fundraising – wow! We’re so grateful for his support and all the hard work he’s put into events and activities throughout 2015 – including jumping out of a plane! Steve would like to thank the following people who have helped him along the way:
David Finch raised over £6,000 cycling an incredible 240 miles in 24 hours. You can find out more about David’s challenge through Make a Donation here.
This year, Steve was Captain of The Oxfordshire Golf Club who generously supported Dreamflight at various events during the year. The Oxfordshire raised over £24,000 – amazing!
A further £1,000 was kindly donated by Buckinghamshire Freemasons to add to Steve’s total.

We are thrilled that the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) have chosen Dreamflight as their Charity for 2014. At the recent Learning Awards hosted by LPI, an amazing £10,000 was raised from a silent auction. Toolwire, one of the events headline sponsors, generously matched this by donating a further £10,000. Each year our great supports the Met Police Dogs section bring some of their dogs, and puppies too, to the Renaissance hotel at Heathrow to meet the Dreamflight children.
