When Pat and Derek founded Dreamflight they were both employed as flying crew with British Airways and the airline continues to give us considerable support, but Dreamflight is independent both financially and organisationally from the airline. The 5 members of the Board of Trustees are responsible for the control and direction of the Charity and day-to-day operations are conducted from our office in Amersham which is manned by a single full-time employee supported by a couple of part-time helpers. Loads of other help and support comes from our volunteers who are from all walks of life, but with our travel and health focus we have plenty of connections in the airline and caring professions.
