If you would like to nominate a child to go on Dreamflight, please fill in the form below. We will then contact the child's consultant directly in order to obtain any extra information we may require.

If you would like to nominate a child for Dreamflight please ask their consultant or nurse to contact the Dreamflight office for a nomination form.

Please note that children must be between the ages of 8 and 14 at the time of travel. Participating in the trip means that the child will be away from home for 10 days. Please do not tell the child that they have been nominated for Dreamflight as there is only a 50 percent chance that they will be selected.
