Peter Pan recently took flight at Ashton Court in Bristol when a team of intrepid sponsored volunteers took to the skies and zip wired across the countryside.
Windy conditions added to the excitement and trepidation as Katie Burgess, Andre Kirby and Sally Derby (mother of Harry Bassett who was a Peter Pan Dreamflighter in 2009) were lifted high into the sky to the top of a 32m crane before individually descending the fixed wire safely to the ground some 250m away.
All three found the experience exhilerating and were keen to go again!. The event raised £700 for Dreamflight.
