Spectacular SeaWorld

Spectacular SeaWorld Retweet

SeaWorld today has been fantastic, we were treated like royalty.  Firstly we got to feed the dolphins and then we also had our own private show in the Shamu Stadium, where we were extremely lucky to see a baby killer whale that was less than two weeks old.  The rides were scary, Kraken is one of the highest rollercoasters and we nearly lost our voices screaming, but our ‘rollercoaster courage’ is increasing…here is what Tommy said about Manta:

Tommy: I didn’t want to do it - but I did it – then I did it again.  I was terrified!

Escort: Oh yes, so the first time you were scared, but the second time you enjoyed it?

Tommy: No, I was terrified the second time too, but it gave me a thrill, which is what it’s supposed to do!!

The Simpsons had a treat today as they got to spend the day with Santa (who happens to be on his summer holiday at the moment with his elves – it must have been hot for him with his big beard!

We would like to thank Les Cameron, Head of Product Marketing at AugustWestland for the fantastic ‘Westies’ he donated for us all to play with…we have been inundated with toys this week!

This evening we had a fantastic Hawaiian night and were joined by our patron Ian Poulter and his wife Katie and children Aimee-Leigh and Luke.  We all wore grass skirts and watched fantastic dancers.  We’re super tired following the action packed week so far and ready for a good sleep before Blizzard beach tomorrow.
