Champion Goofy fundraiser hits a massive £1,700

Since coming on Dreamflight with the Goofy group in 2010, 13 year old Laura Thompson has enlisted the help of her Grandma to organise a number of fundraising events to help support Dreamflight. These have included a coffee morning earlier in the year and a craft and gift fair, carefully planned just before Mothers’ Day and providing the opportunity for lots of local villagers to purchase a great pressie for their Mum’s. 

Laura’s successful fundraising efforts have so far raised a great big £1,700 and Laura has certainly earned her status as the Goofy region’s ‘Champion’ fundraiser of  2011.
