72 Hole Golf Challenge Raises £1,370

Dreamflight supporters Dean Hobbs, Damian Brooks and Kevin Howard set themselves a mammoth challenge of completing 72 hols of golf in one day to help raise important funds for the Dreamflight trip.  Starting at 5am one morning in September, they took just 10 hours and 40 minutes to complete the full four rounds of golf.  Fellow golfers and their golf club provided great suport to them throughout the day.  In total they raised a wonderful £1,370 from friends, family and members of various different local golf clubs.  

Dean, Damian and Kevin had a fantastic day and have already talked about what challenge they might complete next!

Dreamflight are most greatful for this wonderful support, which will pay for the hire of radios and cellphones, which are importantly used to maintain contact between the different groups, medical staff and Dreamflight co-ordinators during the ten day trip to Orlando.
